(1) Introduction
At Ridge Alloys, part of the Storm Xccessories Group, we aim to provide excellent service and
products, including alloy wheels and tyres.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This 7-day return policy is designed to allow you to return products under appropriate circumstances.
This policy applies to all customers, regardless of location. Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 remain unaffected.
(2) Delivery / Returns
Most orders over £120 including VAT are delivered free of charge to Ireland and UK mainland addresses, excluding larger or heavier items such as alloy wheel sets with tyres.
Our free economy delivery service typically takes 3-5 working days, and we only partner with reliable couriers.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature (no exceptions).
You may return a product under this policy provided that:
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We receive the returned product within 14 days of its delivery to you.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.
You follow the returns procedure outlined below.

You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
(4) Exclusions
Certain products may not be returned under this policy, including:
- Any product that has been fitted to a vehicle unless it is faulty.
- Any product that has been painted without prior dry test fitting.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Any product made to order, such as bespoke alloy wheels.
- Gift vouchers.
(5) Refunds
If you return a product in accordance with this policy, we will issue a refund for the product’s full price, excluding any original delivery charges and costs incurred to return the product to us.
Refunds will typically be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
We aim to process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that we apply a restocking fee of 10% (minimum charge of £10) on all returns.
(6) Improper Returns
If you attempt to return a product in breach of this policy (and you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not provide a refund or exchange.
- We may retain the returned product until you cover the cost of re-delivery.
- If payment for re-delivery is not made within 14 days of a request for payment, we may dispose of the returned product at our discretion, without any liability.
