WARRANTY

At Ridge Alloys, all our wheels are tested and certified according to VIA and JWL standards.

We offer a comprehensive extended warranty against any defects in the finish of the wheels that are directly attributable to manufacturing faults.

This extended warranty covers a period of up to 1 year from the original date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

Warranty Conditions:

  1. Original Purchaser: You must be the original purchaser and the current owner of the wheels. The warranty is non-transferable.
  2. Authorised Reseller Purchase: The wheels must have been purchased brand new from an authorised Ridge Alloys reseller. To confirm whether your seller is authorised, please contact us at info@ridgealloys.com.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an official receipt from the reseller. This must clearly show the date of purchase, the wheel size, finish, and purchase price.
  4. Normal Use: The wheels must have been used under normal and reasonable driving conditions.

What the Warranty Covers:

The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels, at the sole discretion of Ridge Alloys, should the claim be validated. The warranty does not cover any costs that may be incurred during the return of the wheels for warranty assessment, including:

  1. Installation or removal fees.
  2. Transportation costs involved in returning the wheels (unless the claim is upheld, in which case return shipping to the original dealer will be covered by Ridge Alloys).
  3. Loss of use or inconvenience.
  4. Any other costs associated with the warranty claim process.
  5. Important Note:
  6. If the wheel has suffered kerb damage, this will void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

All warranty claims must be submitted through the original supplier of the wheels. Please contact the supplier directly to initiate a claim.

The wheels must be returned to Ridge Alloys at the claimant’s expense for inspection and assessment.

If the warranty claim is upheld, Ridge Alloys will return the wheels to the dealer free of charge.

If the claim is not upheld, the claimant will be responsible for all costs incurred by Ridge Alloys in returning the wheels to the dealer.

Ridge Alloys will not process any warranty claims for wheels that were not purchased through an authorised Ridge Alloys reseller.
