In these terms of sale, “we” means Ridge Alloys (part of Storm Xccessories Limited) and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly; and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat,” and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.

In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:

We will email or post a confirmation of your order.

Any amendments to the confirmation must be agreed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.

Acceptance of the order confirmation constitutes your consent to these terms of sale.

Payment must be made via credit card, cheque, or cash before the goods are dispatched.

We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, so we recommend that you download, print, and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.

The products sold on Ridge Alloys include alloy wheels and tyres. 

The full range is displayed on our website. 

All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from their images.

Prices for products are quoted on our website. It is always possible that some prices may be incorrect. 

We will verify prices as part of our sales process so that the correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.

In addition to the product price, you may have to pay an additional delivery charge, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase. 

For deliveries outside the UK and Ireland, additional fees may apply, and duties upon import will be payable by you.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We may withhold products and/or cancel the contract if full payment is not received.

Prices for products include VAT where applicable.

You warrant to us that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The information provided in your order is accurate and complete.

You will be able to accept delivery of the products.

We deliver to the UK, Ireland, and selected international destinations.

Delivery times will be confirmed upon order, but most products are delivered within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.

If goods are damaged in transit, please note this on the delivery slip. You must also notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. 

If there is any sign of damage to the package, it is advisable to refuse delivery. 

We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the proof of delivery has been signed as received in good condition.

Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you once we have received full payment for the goods, including delivery charges.
